How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and item, and add it to your cart. When ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

Will I be charged customs duties or import fees?
No. All prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable customs duties and import fees. Customers in the United States will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship only to customers located in the United States.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
We use a cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT-5).
Orders placed before this time on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday).
How long will delivery take?
After processing, transit time is typically 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
The estimated total shipping time is 5–11 business days (Monday–Friday), calculated as: Processing time (1–3 business days) + Transit time (4–8 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for all reasons, including change of mind or sizing issues, provided that:

Items are returned in their original condition and packaging

All original tags are attached

How do I start a return?

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are:

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the order may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
